Initiated in London in 2004, Taste Festival arrives in Paris under the steel-framed glass roof of the Grand Palais. This event will bring together some of the best chefs of the City of Lights, under the sponsorship of two of the most iconic representatives of French gastronomy: Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon. It is a unique opportunity for a tasting of French haute cuisine.
During the 4 days of the event, the 14 Parisian chefs will run 14 pop-up restaurants offering bite sized signature dishes in tasting format. For lunch or dinner, you will be able to sample the best French gastronomy ranging from chefs with Michelin stars to young and emerging talent, from classics to new clever creations.
There will also be seminars, demonstrations, cooking classes, as well as craftsmen and brands related to the world of gastronomy. All of this will contribute to a perfect atmosphere for mingling, sharing, discovering and relaxing.
The sessions take place at lunch time (11:30 to 16:00) or at dinner time (19:00 to 23:30). There are various packages according to your wishes and budget:
– the cheapest offer (€35) is the Découverte ticket: one entry to one session + 10 food Credits + 5 drink Credits, meaning one to two Small gourmet dish and one glass of selected sommelier wine
– for two people, the Gourmet Duo ticket (€90) includes, for each person, 20 food Credits (i.e, two to fourSmall gourmet dishes, or one Small signature dish and one Small gourmet dish) + 5 drink Credits
– the Premium ticket (€115) for one person includes one entry to one session, 30 food credits, 15 drink credits, access to the Premium lounge, one free glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne and priority access to master classes
– the Open Duo ticket (€300) is a permanent entry for two persons to all sessions, including priority access to events during the festival, free access to the Premium lounge, and, for each person, one glass of Laurent-Perrier Champagne, 75 food credits and 25 drink credits.
